When designing for Web, much of our efforts are related to usability. Our works are based on user-centered design (UCD) philosophy, where a website user is a central component of the whole project.
We follow design recommendations by Jakob Nielsen who is an author of many books and renowned design guru. Usability and standards compliance are our basic project principles.
Development stages for UCD-compliant websites at DirektPoint:
- Create a list of functionalities, navigation architecture, logical structure and use cases in accordance with Customer expectations and DirektPoint’s usability expertise.
- Improve project based on discussions with the Customer and potential users.
- Develop appropriate visual design for the website after project acceptance.
- Start deployment in accordance with our in-house project principles.
