9 official Warsaw city thematic portals

We have developed and executed a migration of the nine thematic information web sites for the official Warsaw city portal. Our work covered web sites in the fields of: sport, EU projects, revitalization, NGO's, city's energy, premises, architecture, safety and EuroCup 2012.

First stage was to create a new structure, navigation and design for all new websites.  One of the goals was to make them compatible with the official 'CI' book of city portals and websites.

Second part of the assignment was migration of data from the old websites to the new ones. Each of the websites had up to 3'500 data base records that had to be migrated to the new system. 
The global Warsaw city site is based on a CMS Drupal, and so are thematic sites connected to it.  We have developed  a multi-site enviroment for our websites to make the administration easy.

Last stage of work was training of 22 members of staff responsible for updateing new thematic portals. Drupal CMS offers full control over all content sections.

The main focus includes:

• compilance with official CI book of Warsaw city
• data migration
• administration compatibility with the global Warsaw city portal
